So, being the history buff/ambitios person that Sandra is, a while ago she decided that for passover she was going to go all out and make the traditional jewish food. Well, she still had some matza flour left, which she used to make matza balls, which is what you are seeing. They were quite tasty, and we've decided that we need to cook more ethnic foods. I told her later that she needs to try tongue, but she refuses. So one of these days I'm going to learn how to cook it (it's delicious if prepared right) and trick her into eating it, then I'm going to tell her a few days later.

OK So how did you just 'happen' to end up with the same blog background as me? :-)
"Coincidence" right? Sure..... Anyway, glad YOU liked the matza balls! I nannied for a Jewish family in Portland and they had me try some, and I wanted to puke! You both are more adventurous than us with your ethnic cooking!
